Un arrêté du 29 mai 2006 accorde l’appellation origine déclarée à tout poulain né en France à partir de Janvier 2007, même s’il est issu d’un entier non approuvé. Ces chevaux pourront donc participer à toutes les compétitions, hormis les épreuves d’élevage.
